Upside-Down Quiche

Looking for a fun twist on a classic quiche? This Upside-Down Quiche is as delicious as it is unique! With a golden crescent roll crust on top and a creamy, cheesy filling underneath, this dish is perfect for brunch, lunch, or even a light dinner. Ingredients:

4 eggs

1 ½ cups half and half

2 cups cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, Swiss, or feta)

½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

½ cup fresh basil, cut in strips

1 can crescent rolls
Instructions:

Put all ingredients except crescent rolls directly into an 11" Gotham Steel skillet. Heat over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.

Place the crescent rolls on top of the egg mixture.

Put the skillet in the oven at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until golden.

Remove from the oven and flip onto a round platter. Let cool and serve!
